The Cabinet Shipment Record is a list of all cabinets containing microwave tubes. This record is used by the procuring activity to track cabinet shipments in order to have a complete history of all microwave tubes used or stored for use.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Cabinet Shipment Record shall be in the contractor's own format.

2Content.The Cabinet Shipment Record shall contain the following items:

2.1Cabinet type.

2.2Cabinet serial number.

2.3Cabinet hour meter readings (Ready, Filament, Operate, Radiate).

2.4Date shipped.

2.5Destination.

2.6All tubes in cabinets listed by tube type, model number, serial number, and socket location.
