The Software/Firmware Change Request will be used to alert or inform the government about changes to software and firmware and also to provide detailed information to the government about the changes and the estimated cost of the software/firmware changes.

This DID contains the format, content and preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete work task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions shall be as specified in the contract.
2Format.The Software/Firmware Change Request shall be presented in the Contractor's format.
3Content.The Software/Firmware Change Request shall contain all the information identified in Figures 1-7.
