The Voyage Schedule Plan will provide voyage schedule based on the approximate tow departure date provided by the government.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Voyage Schedule shall be in contractor's format.

2Content.The schedule shall contain key locations and events in chronological order of their planned occurrence, including the following:

2.1Voyage Schedule final destination

2.2Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at final destination

2.3Voyage Schedule transit points

2.4ETA at intermediate transit points

2.5Any conditions of contingency associated with each ETA of the Voyage Schedule (e.g. current, tow speed, lay-over)

2.6Potential layover (transit) points
