The Hose Management Database Report provides fully documented results of contractor installed hoses including fittings which will be used to determine service life replacement criteria for critical and non-critical hoses.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated from the work task described in the solicitation.
