The Production Test report provides information which is used to assess any problem areas in production and to evaluate any recommendations for change in processing and Testing that could result in a better product.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

This DID supercedes DI-NDTI-80492.

Preparation Instructions

2Format:The report shall be printed in no-fading ink on 8 1/2 x 11-inch paper. The report may be in contractor format.

3Content:

3.1Title page.To contain following information:

3.1.1Title of report.

3.1.2Report number.

3.1.3Purchase description title.

3.1.4Name of contractor.

3.1.5Contractor number.

3.1.6Report date.

3.2Process data.The report contains the following process data:

3.2.1Listing by serial number of each substrate.

3.2.2Listing by batch number of batch treatment.

3.2.3Condition of treatment.

3.2.4Dates of treatment.

3.2.5Description of tests conducted.

3.2.6Observations.

3.3Final report.Describes any recommendations for changes in:

3.3.1Processing that could result in improvements in product operations.

3.3.2Testing that could result in improvements in product or operations.
