The Ultrasonic Test (UT) Report will document the results of Ultrasonic Testing. It will provide the Government with evidence of structural damage and deterioration.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The UT Report shall be in contractor's format.
2Content.The UT report shall include the following:
2.1Contractor's name and address.
2.2Contract number.
2.3Work item number.
2.4Paragraph number.
2.5Date of report.
2.6Test results.
