The Installation and Checkout (INCO) Spares Listing provides information on the description, part number, supplier, quantity, unit cost, and extended cost of INCO Spares. INCO Spares are spare parts identified for use during installation and testing of equipment to reduce lost productive time due to acquisition time for replacement spare parts. The INCO Spares list provides the latest listing of INCO Spares and their costs, and lists those items that are going to be purchased in support of equipment installation and testing.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.

This DID supersedes DI-SESS-81619.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents.None

2Format.The INCO Spares Listing shall be in contractor format. Unless effective presentation would be degraded, the initially used format shall be used for all subsequent submissions.

2.1Pagination.Each page shall be sequentially numbered.

2.2Columnar Data.Data columns shall have descriptive nomenclature.

3Content.The INCO Spares Listing shall contain the following:

3.2Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code

3.3Description of system or equipment

3.4Description of INCO spare

3.5Part Number of INCO spare

3.6Supplier of INCO spare

3.7Quantity of INCO spare(s)

3.8Unit cost of INCO spare

3.9Extended cost of INCO spare

3.10Summation total of extended cost for all INCO spares
