This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The Material History Report shall be in contractor's format.
2Content.The Material History Report shall contain the following:
2.1System Name
2.2Equipment name
2.3Equipment Serial Number
2.4Equipment Compartment Location
2.5Equipment Start-Up Date
2.6Total number of hours Equipment has been used from start up until Ship Delivery
