The Ships Non-Ready for Issue (NON-RFI) Material Report will identify to the Government storeroom items (SRI) and operating space items (OSI) that are not ready for issue (e.g., deteriorated, expired shelf-life items, etc.) and forms the basis for determining appropriate disposal/restoration actions for Non-RFI Material on hand.

This DID contains content and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The NON-RFI Material Report shall be in the Contractor's format.

2Content.The NON-RFI Material Report shall contain the following:
