The Training Baseline System Training Documentation describes the use and operation of the TB covering each product within. It will be used by the government to provide expert training to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) operators and to ensure proficient use of TB required to support missions and Fleet Training Events.

This data item description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Training Baseline (TB) System Training Documentation shall be in contractor's format.

2Content.The TB System Training Documentation shall include information on the use and operation of the system. It shall also contain the following:

2.1Background information.The background information shall specify a general description of the TB system, the system capabilities, system limitations, and a description of the operating conditions and parameters.

2.2System Use and Operation.The sequence of steps to effectively use and operate TB for mission support and Fleet Training Events shall be included.

2.3The TB System Training Documentation shall also contain a discussion of the various scenarios that are expected for the several types of training with assorted platforms and participants in a live, virtual, and constructive training environment.
