The Concurrent Engineering Supportability Analysis (CESA) is the analytical process utilized to influence design of the Ship throughout its life cycle and represents the most current Ship configuration, providing specific support requirements to ensure the Ship will meet all mission profiles. The CESA process will be continuously monitored and evaluated by the Government as feedback is provided what will migrate to design and process changes, which will improve the effectiveness of the Ship's logistic support.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The CESA Report shall be in contractor's format.
2Content.The CESA Report shall contain the following:
