The Purchase Order (PO) Index/Amendments Report provides the Government with purchase orders for all Allowable Parts List (APL) items to effectively monitor procurement of Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) requiring repair parts support and allowance list development.

This data item description (DID) contains the format and content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

2Format.The PO Index Amendments Report shall be in the Contractor's format.

3Content.The PO Index Amendments Report shall contain the following:

3.1PO Index Amendments.The Index/Amendments shall be in alphanumeric sequence and shall include the following information:

3.1.1Purchase Order (PO) Number

3.1.1.1Higher

3.1.1.2Lower

3.1.2Identification of all PO line items, by noun description and equipment functional description (EFD)

3.1.3Contractor's design code designation, drawing number, and piece number

3.1.4PO issue date

3.1.5Vendor's Name and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE)

3.1.6Quantity ordered per line item

3.1.7Provisioning and technical documentation control number for all line items requiring repair and replacement parts

3.1.8Logistics Support Analysis Control Number (LSACN)

3.1.9Applicable Military Specifications

3.1.10Allowance Parts List (APL)

3.1.11Cancelled Purchase Orders

3.1.12Superseded Purchase Orders
