The Management System documents will assist the Government in the development of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) Management System documents and training materials.

This Data Item Description (DID) is applicable to contracts requiring Management System documents. These are required in order to comply with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 Section 8.2. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 contains the requirements for National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) accreditation.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the discrete Contract Line Item (CLIN) as delineated in the contract Statement of Work (SOW). Document revisions affecting technical or quality assurance aspects will be provided upon revision.
