This data item description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

The GIDEP Operations Manual, S0300-BT-PRO-010 and electronic reporting templates may be obtained from the GIDEP Operations Center or electronically at http://members.gidep.org.

Preparation Instructions

10.1Reference document.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendment and revision shall be as reflected in the contract.

10.2Format.The annual utilization report shall be presented on DD Form 2166 or via the internet using the Participant Utilization Reporting System (PURS) electronic template.

10.3Content.The utilization report shall contain all data specified on DD Form 2166 or electronic template in accordance with instructions cited on back side of the form and or the guidance of S0300-BT-PRO-010, Chapter 5 and or the PURS User Manual.

10.4Media Requirement.The media requirements shall be as specified on the DD Form 1423 CDRL.
