Preparation Instructions

10.1Source document.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval date, and dates of any applicable amendments and revisions shall be as reflected in the contract.

10.2Format and Content.The interface analysis record shall be completed on NAVSEA Form 3990/1. Content of the record shall be in accordance with the requirements of 5.2.2.3 of DOD-STD-2106(NAVY).
