Preparation Instructions
10.1Source document.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval date, and dates of any applicable amendments and revisions shall be reflected in the contract.
10.2Format and Content.Format and content of the ship test outline shall be in accordance with Appendix B of DOD-STD-2106(NAVY).
10.3Preparation.The test outline shall be prepared on white 20-pound bond paper or equivalent of 8 1/2 by 11-inch size. When more than one page per test outline is required, the binding shall be a staple in the upper left-hand corner. Only one side of the paper shall be used. Electrostatic methods of reproduction may be used. Where a standard abbreviation, acronym, or symbol does not exist, the full word or phrase shall be used to avoid ambiguity.
