Description & Purpose
This plan documents the plan for the characterization of both custom integrated circuits and hybrid microcircuits.
Application & Interrelationship
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
The term microcircuit or custom microcircuit, as used in this data item description, shall refer to both custom integrated circuits and hybrid microcircuits.
This document supersedes DI-QCIC-80886.
Preparation Instructions
10.1Format.The plan may be in the contractor's format.
10.2Content.The plan shall contain the following:
10.2.1Title Page.The title page for the characterization plan shall contain:
10.2.1.2Contractor's name
10.2.1.3Equipment or purchase description identification
10.2.1.4Date of preparation
10.2.2Microcircuits Variations.The plan shall detail the experiments proposed to completely determine the response of each microcircuit to variations in:
10.2.2.4Clock Pulse Duration
10.2.3Electrical Parameters.The plan shall also detail the experiments to determine the electrical characteristics as specified in the detail specification for each device.
