The purpose of the Microcircuit Product Assurance Program Plan is to detail the design procedures, manufacturing processes, inspection, and testing methods for microcircuits. It will serve to demonstrate the manufacturer's understanding of a complete quality assurance program.

Preparation Instructions

10.1Reference documents.The applicable documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

10.2General.For additional guidance, refer to MIL-M-38510, Appendix A. The plan must include all proprietary information necessary for the completeness and support of this plan.

10.3Format.The plan may be in the contractor's format.

10.4Content.The plan shall contain the following:
