This Workbook will be used to document process surveillances and product inspection results, and to also document spot checks.

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents:The applicable issue of documents cited herein, including approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices and revisions shall be as cited in the current issue of the ASSIST database at http://assist.daps.dla.mil.

2Format.The Alteration Installation Team Quality Assurance Workbook shall be presented in the Contractor's format.

3Content.The Alteration Installation Team Quality Assurance Workbook shall contain all of the information specified in NAVSEA Technical Specification 9090-310F, 3.12.1.5.
