Preparation Instructions

1References Documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

2Format.The Report shall be in contractor's format.

3Content.The Report shall include all of the information specified in The American Society of Testing and Materials, Standard Specification for Shipbuilders and Marine Paints and Coatings Product/Procedure Data Sheet(ASTM) F-718.
