The Occupational Safety and Health Plan will provide the Government with description of the tasks and activities required to meet the Occupational Safety and Health Program requirements at the Combined Tactical Training Ranges (CTTR).
This data item description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

2FormatThe plan shall be in contractor format.
3ContentThe Occupational Safety and Health Plan shall include the following:
3.1Documented process and descriptionDocumented process and description to ensure continuing regulatory compliance with safety and health regulations.
3.2Description of the closed loop corrective actionDescription of the closed loop corrective action system approach to prevent reoccurrences.

4The Plan shall include the training programThe Plan shall include the training program that will be implemented to ensure safety at the Combined Tactical Training Ranges (CTTR). The training program description shall include the following:
4.1Occupational Health Standards in the Work Place
4.2Vehicle Operations on the Ranges(this includes Heavy Equipment, 4-wheel drive vehicles, ATV's on ordnance ranges)
4.4Emergency Medical Care
4.5Emergency Shower and Eye Wash Procedures
4.6Radio Frequency (RF) Radiation Hazards
4.7Disaster Readiness and Evacuation
4.8Combustible and Flammable Materials (Paints, Solvents, etc.)
4.9Accident/Damage Reporting Procedures
4.11Range Safety(Ordnance safety, Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) safety, two man rule, etc.)
4.12Tower/Platform Safety-Conduct
