The Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Plan defines how the contractor complies with all federal, state, and local environmental, safety, and occupational health laws. The requirements define the contractor's ESOH Plan. Refer to Enclosure 3, paragraph 16, of the Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02T, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System, for guidance. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.
