A Federal Specification Sheet is a document covering unique requirements for a single style, type, class, grade, or model of an item which is best established in graphic or tabular form.
This document is issued or controlled by the General Services Administration (GSA).

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
The Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) Handbook 101-29 is available from General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service, Washington, DC 20046.
Preparation Instructions
10.1Reference documentsThe applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions shall be as specified in the contract.
10.2FormatThe Federal Specification Sheet format shall be in accordance with the guidelines of chapter 5, part 10 of FPMR Handbook 101-29.
10.3ContentThe Federal Specification Sheet shall contain data as required by the guidelines stated in chapter 5, part 10 of FPMR Handbook 101-29.
