3.1 A Change Notice to a Federal Standard is a document used to transmit new or revised pages to a standard.

3.2 This document is issued or controlled by the General Services Administration (GSA).

7.1 This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

10.1Reference documentsThe applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices and revisions shall be as specified in the contract.

10.2FormatThe Change Notice to Federal Standard format shall be in accordance with the guidelines of chapter 6, part 3 of FPMR Handbook 101-29.

10.3ContentThe Change Notice to Federal Standard shall contain data as required by the guidelines stated in chapter 6, part 3 of FPMR Handbook 101-29.
