The TRPPM is used to identify the pertinent Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) factors associated with a new acquisition. TRPPM uses a task-based approach to MTP requirements determination. The tasks are designed to project training requirements as well as the manpower and personnel requirements such as training must support for a new weapon system.
a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task required as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1FormatThe TRPPM Report shall be presented in the contractor's own format.
2ContentThe Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM) Report shall contain all the information specified in the Training System Contract Requirement (TSCR) specified in the CDRL DD Form 1423 specified in the contract.
3MediaThe report shall be presented on 8x11 1/2 plain bond paper or in electronic media specified in the contract.
