The purpose of this request is to have nomenclature confirmed for previously nomenclature items to be procured on follow-on production contracts or other procurement action.

This DID contains instructions for requesting confirmation of nomenclature for electronic aeronautical and support equipment required by 3.2.2 of MIL-DTL-18307(AS).

This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract SOW.

This DID is applicable to the acquisition of electronic aeronautical and support equipment. When applied in contracts, this DID will be tailored to the specific information required in Block 16 of the DD Form 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).

This DID supersedes DI-SESS-81652.
