This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the Statement of Work (SOW).

3.1A written comprehensive plan explaining actionsA written comprehensive plan explaining actions required to complete the total transition effort within sixty (60)-calendar day transition period, to include phase-in matters associated with the transfer to enable the Contractor's personnel to perform contract requirements.
3.2Details of accounts and subscription servicesDetails of accounts and subscription services to be transferred in the transition.
3.3Process to conduct a full joint inventoryProcess to conduct a full joint inventory and transfer of all Government-owned property/inventory and all property in the pipeline until delivered, including all records.
3.4Status of all items in inventoryStatus of all items in inventory, as well as the items that have been inducted into repair facilities, are being modified, or are being purchased.
3.5Schedule, to include critical path, for riskSchedule, to include critical path, for risk mitigation throughout the transition period.

3.6.1Delivery and completion of the efforts describedDelivery and completion of the efforts described in the Phase-In Plan is imperative to transferring responsibilities from the incumbent to the new CLS provider. A lapse in CLS contract coverage could greatly impact accomplishment of the TACAMO mission, and not afford the prospective Contractor the opportunity to define tasks required to fully perform the duties described in the PWS.
