The Ninety Day Report schedule information is required for units that are to be subjected to Production, Qualification, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), and Engineering Testing (engineering testing utilizing government test facilities only). The information is required for items that are proposed for testing within the following 90 days.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains format and content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.

2FormatThe report shall be in Microsoft (MS) Excel format, Arial 10 point font and all cells set to wrap text, Columns A, B, L, and M are reserved and will be left blank. Note that Table 1 below is shown with the columns hidden.
3ContentThe report shall contain the following:
3.1.1.1.1TitleCompany name, 90-day report, and day of week followed by date created.
3.1.2.1.1TitleTest location and months covered reported.
3.2.1.1TitleAN/SSQ & CONT #.
3.2.1.2"AN/SSQ" represents the sonobuoy type"AN/SSQ" represents the sonobuoy type Q-36, 53, 62, 101, or 125; lowest type # first.
3.2.1.3"CONT #" represents the last 7 digits"CONT #" represents the last 7 digits of the contract number.
3.2.2.2"# TO TEST" represents the quantity"# TO TEST" represents the quantity of sonobuoys to be tested.
3.2.3.1Title"ETA @ SITE / DAY DATE".
3.2.3.2"ETA @ SITE" represents estimated time"ETA @ SITE" represents estimated time of arrival at the test site or site receiving location.
3.2.3.3"DAY DATE" represents the day of"DAY DATE" represents the day of the week and date of ETA.
3.2.4.2"DCMA DATE" represents the date or"DCMA DATE" represents the date or estimated date of lot test sample selection.
3.2.5.1Title45-DAY CLOCK.
3.2.5.2"45-DAY CLOCK" represents 45 days after"45-DAY CLOCK" represents 45 days after lot sample selection and date of DCMA final inspection.
3.2.6.2"MFG" represents the abbreviated Manufacturer"MFG" represents the abbreviated Manufacturer Name.
3.2.7.2"TEST TYPE" represents the type of"TEST TYPE" represents the type of test to be conducted.
