The report on Closed Order History identifies the requirements for Closed Order History of all completed Target builds for the BQM-177A Target for Full Rate Production (FRP) Lots IV through VII.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract statement of work (SOW).

2FormatThe Closed Order History reports utilize the Contractor's standard "Closed Order History" format.

2.1Closed Order History of completed tail numbersfor current and previous deliveries under the FRP Lots IV through VII contract shall be in MS Excel format.

3ContentThe Closed Order History Report shall consist of the following:

3.1Actual touch labor hours and touch labor rates by labor categorymaterial cost; subcontract cost; and material burden by tail number and calendar year. Note: labor rates shall be based on the Contractor's current Forward Pricing Rates as of CDRL submission.

3.2Monthly breakout of support labor hourssupport labor rates, by labor category (GR, QE, PM) and the PO labor category. Note: labor rates shall be based on the Contractor's current Forward Pricing Rates as of CDRL submission.

3.3Monthly breakout of Other Direct Charges (ODCs) and scrapif/as applicable.
