The SARB Agenda & Minutes are used to document the review and disposition of all Service Actions (SAs) (e.g., Airworthiness Directives (ADs)) released by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and each aircraft, subsystem, and component manufacturer, respectively. The SARB Agenda is the compilation of all SAs in the Service Action Support Report reviewed since the last SARB. The SARB Minutes reflect the SARB Agenda updated to reflect dispositions and logistic implementation plans for all SAs addressed following a SARB.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract SOW.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference documentsThe applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

3.1.9Destruction notice

3.2SARB Agenda ContentsThe report shall contain the following information for each SA:

3.2.1D/SA identification

3.2.2SA title

3.2.3SA issue date

3.2.4Date each SA is forwarded

3.2.5Air Transport Association (ATA) chapter associated with each SA

3.2.6List of aircraft affected by each SA (aircraft effectivity)

3.2.7Description of each SA

3.2.8SARB disposition history of previous revisions of each SA

3.2.9Incorporation history by aircraft tail number for previous revisions of each SA

3.2.10Contractor implementation recommendations for each SA

3.3SARB Minutes ContentsThe SARB minutes shall be generated from the SARB Agenda and contain the following additional information for each SA:

3.3.1USG approval/disapproval of each SA (relayed to the Contractor during the SARB)

3.3.2USG logistic implementation plan and schedule for each SA (relayed to the Contractor during the SARB)

3.3.3Any special notes and instructions related to any SA (relayed to the Contractor during the SARB)
