On-Board Performance Tool Software

The On-Board Performance Tool (OPT) is commercial software used to evaluate weight, balance, and performance decrements for aircraft. OPT software is used by squadrons to support mission planning and execution. This deliverable provides a means for the Contractor to administer changes and updates to OPT software, thereby providing squadrons with turnkey functionality to maintain a consistent, up-to-date aircraft database of aircraft weight and balance for the cargo, combi, and passenger configurations of all aircraft.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract Statement of Work (SOW).
