This certification of compliance with weight handling procedures applies to contractor personnel whose duties include the operation and use of all weight handling equipment for the on-site delivery and installation of a Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand (HATS) and any associated deliverables. The operation of all weight handling equipment shall adhere to NAVFAC P-307 (June 2016) Weight Handling Program Management. Applicable sections from P-307 include Section 11, 14 and Appendix P. The contractor shall prepare the "Certificate of Compliance" and the "Contractor Crane or Rigging Operation Checklist" in Appendix B. Prior to installation of equipment, a Lift Plan shall be provided by the contractor and approved by Government Weight Handling Team. The Lift Plan shall meet all requirements as listed in NAVFAC P-307 Section 11 Part G.
