The Manufacturing Management Requirements plan describes how the contractor intends to implement AS6500 across the program by managing all aspects of manufacturing. MIL-HDBK-896 can also be used as a guide. This plan will be used for production planning and risk management.
This DID contains format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract Statement of Work (SOW).

3ContentThe Manufacturing Management Requirements shall include the following:
3.3ScopeIdentify tailoring and conformance of AS6500 requirements. Requirements are applicable for all phases of the acquisition life cycle as specified in the contract.

3.5RequirementsFor the following sub-sections, specify implementation or plans to implement each requirement. If tailoring a section out, provide justification. If tailoring out or reserving for a future program phase, include which program phase the section would be applicable.
