AMSRR is the software tool developed to integrate the required data fields and provide up-line data transfer. This report provides a daily status report that enables supporting commanders to assess current aircraft material condition and rapidly identify significant aircraft and support equipment deficiencies. The report will be utilized by the Chief of Naval Aviation Training Wing Commanders and the Contractor Logistics Support managers that provide maintenance and logistics services. The report identifies the material condition status of fleet aircraft.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended to use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Preparation Instructions
1Reference documentsThe applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
2FormatThe data for each report shall be provided within AMSRR in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 1.
3.1The AMSRR report must report material conditionas of 0800 local. The report must be submitted daily for each normal workday.
3.2Intended Use InformationThis data will be used by Government and Contractor personnel to improve the usage of Government assets by monitoring operational efficiency, flight operations, contractor performance, aircraft availability, and identification of mission cancellations.
